CONTINGENCY PLAN (CP) REPORT OF ACTIONS TAKEN.
These records were ratified at the meeting of 05/05/2021 and accepted as Minutes.
 
730. 
01/04/21. WLDC request submitted for assistance in providing a DCllr or Officer to form a quorum for future meetings under order S91 LGA1972.

01/04/21. It was agreed that a notice calling for applicants for co-option to the PC be posted on the PC facebook page and a document drafted by the Chair be made available to all interested parties (Introduction to the PC).

07/04/21. Purchaser of Area 1, requesting update re solicitor activity.
09/04/21. Reply sent to confirm that this is being chased.

14/04/21. The PC solicitor has been asked to provide an update on both areas.

13/04/21. Dog Waste Bins correspondence received from a member of the public, in relation to a neighbouring Parish. A response was sent with a link to the appropriate place to report the issue.

16/04/21. WLDC follow up email requesting the email address of any attendee.

20/04/21. WLDC Officer K Storr arranged appointment of DCllr J Ellis as a temporary Member of the PC, taking effect from 23/04/21. Order under S91 LGA 1972 notice of appointment posted onto the PC website and village notice boards.

21/04/21. It was agreed to hold a Meeting on Wednesday 28/04/21 for the purpose of co-opting two applicants onto the PC, with DCllr J Ellis in attendance to form a quorum.

27/04/21. Annual Parish Meeting notice posted online and on the village notice boards, for Wednesday 5 May, to be followed by the Annual Meeting of the Parish council, as agreed at minute 278.

Bank Mandate. Several requests to Cllr S Wride for assistance as an additional name on the bank mandate have received no comment. There are currently only two persons, the Chair and the Clerk, which leaves the financial activity vulnerable should one of these be unable to access the account due to unforeseen circumstances.
