The PC agreed by unanimous vote, to accept the Contingency Plan (CP) in order to carry out PC business for a period of no longer than 4 months. This arrangement will be reviewed at that time (or before if necessary) and all PC business will be recorded and ratified at the first available meeting.

Register of Members Interests -Dispensation Request:
It was agreed to accept Cllr N Ingamells Dispensation Request, to accept that he may receive any updates relating to S106 Land Transfer and to consider a proposal to execute the final
Deed of Variation as received under cover of Sills & Betteridge letter dated 10 March 2020.

Covid-19 Volunteer Group:
It was agreed that a Volunteer Group be set up by the Parish Council, with Cllr S Wride taking the lead as co-ordinator. It was noted that that the ICO had relaxed rules relating to GDPR to allow quick response to the needs of the communities during this time. 
It was noted that that the Clerk and Chair prepared a GDPR notification and Risk Assessment for issue to the Group by Cllr S Wride. It was noted that that the PC’s Insurers had been consulted and that the PC was covered for this activity at this time.

Grass-Cutting:
It was agreed that All Round Gardens continue to carry out grass/verge/hedge cutting at their own risk, regarding the covid-19 situation. It was clarified that the PC would not request this service and that ARG made the decision independently.

It was agreed to accept the Contingency Plan (CP) in order to carry out PC business for an additional period of 5 months. This arrangement will be reviewed at that time (or before if necessary) and all PC business will be recorded and ratified at the first available meeting.

AGAR 2019/20:
The following AGAR documents for 2019/20 were circulated to all and it was agreed unanimously to accept them for submission to PKF – Littlejohn.
Documents were approved as follows:
a) The Annual Internal Auditor’s Report was noted. No issues of concern had been raised.
b) The Governance Statement, Section 1. Chair and Clerk formally approved and signed the Statement, noting the minute reference, 665 b).
c) The Accounting Statement, Section 2 was signed and dated by the RFO prior to presenting it for approval. The Chair formally approved and signed the document, noting the minute reference 665 c).
d) The Certificate of Exemption was signed and dated by the RFO and Chairman, noting minute reference 665 d).
e) It was noted that the Notice of Public Rights would be posted onto the website for the required minimum of 30 working days, commencing 14 August 2020.
f) It was noted that the supporting documentation requested for publication on the PC website had been prepared by the Clerk.
This includes: Explanation of Variances, Bank Reconciliation, Contact Details.
g) AGAR was submitted on 07/08/20.
