ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
The Annual Parish Meeting will take place under the
Chairmanship of Cllr Geoff Newton
Chairman of the Parish Council
at The Games Room, The White Swan, Torksey Lock
on Thursday 21 March 2019 at 7pm
This will be followed by the Parish Council Meeting.
AGENDA
1. To read, approve and sign the notes of the previous meeting.
2. To receive the Chairman’s Report on Parish Council activities for the
past year.
3. To receive a report of Parish Council finances
from the Responsible Financial Officer to the Council.
4. To consider any points which any parishioner may wish to raise.
All local government electors for the Parish of Fenton and Torksey Lock are invited to attend and participate
in this meeting.
